The vendor does not carry replacement rubber sleeves or barrels. I was able to locate a seller by googling rubber dart sleeve.

Can you put metal tips on this?

If you can find screw on metal tips then I suppose you could switch them out. Most steel tip darts the tip is not removeable. Thank you.
