Are these markers jumbo size ?

Not jumbo sized... standard size. If you say jumbo size to me ... the barrel would be about an inch in diameter .. and that is not these. These are the standard size for markers you see for sale in stores everywhere, and the chisel tip on them is the usual one for that size.

Will the color hold up on tires?

I do not recommend this particular product. Some of the markers were fine, however, some of them were pretty much dried up. As for answering your question regarding the color holding up on tires, that is something I do not know.
