I bought this product as well as the same brand's Clarifying Shampoo because I was having problems with what I believe to be sebum build up that was making my scalp itchy. I found out about this product from a review of different shampoos used for sebum buildup and similar problems. This brand shampoo was the favorite of the writer of the article. It suggested to get a good moisturizing conditioner to use with it so I looked to the same brand's conditioning products and found this one. For only 8 oz I thought this product and the shampoo was pretty expensive, definitely more than I usually spend but I figured that these products are for correcting a problem over and above regular maintenance so I thought that may be worth the higher price if it fixes the problem. And boy did it fix it! I saw a big change after one wash. There was definite relief and my hair felt so good! After just 2-3 uses the problem was fixed and I have continued to use the problem to prevent it from returning. My hair feels awesome! There is a pleasant but mild scent.I shampoo first and then apply the conditioner. I leave that in while I wash my body and then I rinse it out. It is pretty easy to comb my hair with a large toothed comb afterward. The comb just glides through my wet hair. I am going to continue using this product and the shampoo from now on! Highly recommend

Since my beard has gone gray I have been struggling to keep it under control. My gray hairs are stiff and wiry, and as a result my beard has become quite unruly over the last few years. I've tried numerous "beard conditioners", but none of them really worked. My wife uses the B&B conditioner daily so I figured I would give it a try, and I am so glad I did. It really works on my beard...so much better than the dedicated beard conditioners I have tried over the years. My gray, wiry beard is now soft and manageable. This is an expensive product but it is the only one I have found that really makes a positive difference and works for me.

Found this Bumble + Bumble conditioner after I was tired of shelling out major $$$ for salon recommended brands. I have very fine hair that needs maximum moisture and tangles easily, and I always have to use 2x or 3x the recommended amount of conditioner in order to really get my hair soft and avoid a ball of tangles when I wash it. However, not with this conditioner from Bumble and Bumble. It's a super thick formula, meaning I really only need that quarter-sized amount to make my hair feel like it's conditioned, and the scent is amazing. It's definitely more pricey than a drugstore option, but so far I haven't found anything comparable from the lower price range, and it holds up to the expensive salon brands I was shelling out for before. Also love the scent, it's mild but very refreshing - like honeysuckles after a rainstorm? I'm sold.

I love BB and this is always a nice conditioner. Leaves the hair super soft, you just have to use enough of it. It is more on the expensive side though which is why I rarely buy it. It does leave the hair nice and soft and I have really long hair. I like the smell of it and it's more on the thick side than on a thinner formula. If your hair needs more of a conditioner deep then try this for a week!

I can not live without my Bumble and Bumble Gentle Shampoo and Conditioner. I keep it in my home in Ohio and my condo in Florida. Moisture level is great for my extra-thick hair.
