quite out-of-date unfortunately... Especially on the coverage on switched-capacitor circuit techniques. Do not choose this book if you want to design modern analog/mixed-signal circuits, for instance, sigma delta modulators or low voltage (lower than 3.3 V) switched-capacitor circuits.

it's a very technical book. It has very complete description of CMOS basic block. In couple with Razavi's "RF Microelectronics" , the reader has a complete view of classical microelectronics theory for analog designs.

One of the best books in my colection. I recomend this book for all designers and students involved or passionated for mixed signal design.
