Comfy AF!
I've had this chair for almost a year now, and it's still SO comfy! I'm a bigger person who works from home, so I'm seated for 8+ hours a day and this chair is absolutely wonderful. Over the course of time I've owned it, it's deflated a little on the armrests and seat, but I added a Purple Chair Pillow to supplement and now I'm livin' the dream! My complaints are:-The screws will loosen over time and need to be re-tightened, so don't lose that screwdriver/allen wrench! (You'll know when it happens, trust me.)-The "leather" is thin and kinda flimsy, easy to poke holes in (especially if you have tiny kitties with tiny needle claws!).-Turning the chair on the round 'track' it's on can occasionally be noisy for me, but your experience may be different. But seriously, that is IT in terms of negative remarks about the product. This is my third attempt at finding a comfy chair for extended sitting/working from home, and it definitely was the charm for me. Took all of a whopping 30 minutes to assemble, and it's light enough to be picked up and moved around, or flipped over for the required screw tightening mentioned above without leaving me feeling cramped, under-supported, uncomfortable, or that if I flop down into the chair it might break apart. I love this thing!

Comfortable, but NOT adjustable, and hard to assemble
Long story short: does not adjust at all, but is extremely comfortable, like, amazingly wow holy crap is it comfortable, comfortable. If it’s fixed position happens to be the perfect position for you, you’ve lucked out with the most comfortable chair for this price ever. Difficult to put together, impossible if you’re disabled at all, but doable if you have experience, strength, and patience. Cheap, but still a good value.Long story:So A+++++ for comfort, oh my god. I’ve looked and looked and looked for a chair that doesn’t hurt my back, and doesn’t make my butt sore during long sessions. This is it! 6+ hours, absolutely no pain, which is unheard of for me.However: it’s NOT AT ALL ADJUSTABLE IN ANY WAY. It only swivels back and forth. It is NOT a “recliner” in the sense that you can recline it. It simply IS reclined - permanently. There’s no way to adjust the angle of recline, at all. It also doesn’t go up and down. And it’s QUITE reclined! It’s perfect for laying back, putting your feet up and watching TV.And for me, with two pillows to prop me up, it’s perfect for sitting at my desk, with my feet up, working or playing games for hours. But without those pillows, I would not be able to use this at my desk.It also doesn’t go up and down at all. I did a ton of research and reading reviews to make sure it wouldn’t be too tall for me to fit under my desk. It’s perfect for that. It’s quite low for, say, a living room recliner. I think folks who have trouble getting out of low chairs might want to keep looking. I have a little trouble with that, but it’s a lot less trouble when I’m not sore, and since this chair doesn’t make me sore, it’s a trade off that’s totally worth it.Assembly was an adventure! I had no help. Getting the back and seat aligned properly to insert the pins that hold them in place relative to each other was extremely difficult. I had to lay on the floor, use my foot to hold the seat down hard enough, use one arm to hold the back with enough tension against the seat, and then use my one remaining arm/hand to shove/wiggle the pin through the holes for the brief moment I could pull hard enough with hand and foot to get the holes aligned.Attaching the arms was such a pain! Aligning the holes in the arms with the holes in the frame was extremely hard, due to the tight fit of the arms between the body and the frame of the chair. Then, the holes are very close to the body of the chair, so you cannot simply turn the allen wrench - you have to remove and reinsert the wrench over and over after half turns if the scree. Many many many many many times. That is what took me the longest of all, and my hands both cramped several times. I had to stop and rest and stretch and massage my hands multiple times for each chair arm. I also had to have the entire chair upside down to do any of this, because the screws go in from the bottom. So either you do this laying down, or do it blind, or turn the chair upside down. I chose turning the chair upside down, due to how long it was taking, and doing it blind being literally impossible since aligning the holes was hard enough even when you can see everything.Lastly - the instructions have errors. They’re pictures and numbers only - like IKEA - but unlike ikea, they’re not detailed, and some bits are wrong. For example, the part explaining how the brackets for the back and seat are supposed to line up don’t show ANY detail. If you don’t have experience with this kind of thing, you’d have no idea you need to align two different parts with holes and then insert a screw in the aligned holes to keep them locked in place. If you do have experience, you’ll think this is common sense, but common sense doesn’t mean anything if you don’t have the experience from which to infer these things. And the instructions have two sections where it wants you to use a certain part number - of which you get two. In the correct place, you use both of those two. In the incorrect place, you’re instructed to use 4 more of them. Luckily, the parts you’re ACTUALLY supposed to use there aren’t shown, so via process of elimination, I could figure out which part number to use instead. But even that was tricky, since the diagram instructions used the same icon for two parts that are different sizes/shapes. So you have to go by part number, rather than size/shape depicted in the diagram. Also, some of the quantities for the parts in the inventory list were hand-corrected in pen. I’m grateful they were corrected at all, but that shows you kind of what you’re working with here. That said: I fricking LOVE this chair. It’s a dang miracle that I have a piece of furniture that causes me ZERO pain in my butt or back or hips or arms despite sitting in it without moving or getting up for 6+ hours. That’s just.. beyond my wildest dreams.I am very fortunate that the fixed position works perfectly for me with a couple of pillows. I couldn’t be happier with the comfort, and as much trouble as it was to assemble, I am tempted to buy a couple more so that when this one breaks, I know I’ll have a backup that’s identical. I’m THAT happy with the comfort. It’s also extremely inexpensive compared to other “recliners” and even office or “gaming” chairs that claim to be comfortable for fat folks. So while the materials are definitely cheap, I would still say it’s a good value.Lastly: “”””massage””” and heat. The “””massage””” is just vibration, but it feels nice, not gonna lie. The heat? I can’t feel it. Other reviews said the same, so I expected that going in, but yeah, I don’t feel anything.Overall: I love this chair, despite it being a pain in the butt to assemble, and not being adjustable at all.

Comfortable
This chair for that price is awesome. It is very comfortable, nice thick padding. I wanted it as a reading chair and it fits that perfectly. The massage is more like a vibration but it’s nice . I like that the vibration is on the ottoman also although if you put the intense on high it’s a little noisy but I keep it on low and it works. I bought the black one and it looks really rich in color. Some reviews said it was hard to assemble but my husband had it done in 20 mins. which surprised me. I do recommend this chair.

A nightmare to put together with provided tools. UPDATE 2
Once put together, this is a very serviceable, low cost, fake leather (PU leather = polyurethane) recliner. It was a pain in the donkey to put together. Particularly the arm pads. Long screws driven by a hex wrench requiring (wild guess) 50+ turns in a confine that does not provide space for a more than a 40 degree turn without disengagement. Like donkeys? The company has gotten back to me and has been very gracious. While assembly was a pain, I'm happy with the product and the company. Updated my rating - just get a flexible hex driver.Found a bolt on my floor last night. Turned the chair over and found that the other 5 bolts holding the chair to the base were loose. If you own one of these you might want to check them. Downgraded again.

Comfy Chair
The assembly took about 2 hours. The allen-key provided makes it a bit difficult to attach the arm as I had to get under the chair. I eventually used a drill to assist in the putting the screw in. Nonetheless, chair is fine, looks good. Only thing, it doesnt go up or down, in height. It leans back and also has a nice massage feature.

Perfect
Needed a chair for the man cave. This chair needed assembly but was worth it. The heat and massage are great bonuses. The leather-like material is okay. I guess you get what you pay for as I wish it didn’t feel like cheap fake leather.
