very good purchase
An excellent product which is value for money. The product itself does not disappoint. 5 loop bands offering different degrees of resistance Green(X-Light) to Black(X-Heavy) I focus most of my exercises on my legs as I want to tone them ready for the summer and I have found using the black X Heavy band is great when slotted around the ankles for squats. I can already see an improvement! I have been using them for around 20 mins everyday and they haven’t weakened or tore. Good quality. Even has its own bag, such a nice addition!
