Ok the awful aside, and the alien colored urine. These are definitely worth it. Makes me more energized during the day, thus making me feel like I had a fulfilling day by being able to do more, instead of dragging and napping.

Feel great after taking. I always know they’re working. Most effective multi I’ve tried. Great value for the amount of vitamins. No jitteriness

I've been taking this sup for years, it's really helpful with working out , gives you tons of endurance to complete the workout, it's useless if you are not going to work out since it's not going to make you more energetic in stationary status,the only down side of this product is the smell, it smell really bad when you try to swallow it , it needs some kind of capsulation to prevent the smell from making you nauseous as you swallow it

I do carnivore with intermittent fasting and this is great to get me everything I may be lacking. Don't get nauseous taking it on an empty stomach. Huge plus.

Has nearly every vitamin, and package came a lot sooner then expected. Pills aren’t that bad to swallow for there size, but definitely legit. Great for before or after workouts especially with food for digestion. I can feel an improvement in energy almost immediately both mind and body. 10/10 definitely recommend but I wouldn’t take more then 1 a day.As for negatives I noticed it can cause diarrhea and dehydration, another reason I would only take 1 a day
