good movie

Not really a classic yet. It is a good movie & the actors are great. If you like lawyer/court drama you might like it.

The mystery is solid, twists and turns build character and plot tensions. Darryl Hannah's performance doesn't hold up at all, but Winger and Redford are perfect[ly charming].

A feel-good movie that stands the test of time.

We've seen this at least a half dozen times. The characters are fabulous. Robert Redford and Debra Winger are so good together. A nice murder mystery/legal case and lots of action, nice nice humor and light hearted banter throughout. The plot is great...not sure who-dun-it until the end. I like the way the two stars come together little by little. Great scene where the two of them cannot sleep and how each one copes. My wife uses the line "I'll pick the adjectives" on me all the time! Good movie.

Plot was too loosely disconnected. The trailer & summaries by producer made it sound as good as most of Redford's. Would not recommend, because this is an exception to his usual brilliance. Every famed actor has their a few poor productions.

Legal Eagles follows the unexpected case of Tom Logan (Robert Redford) being asked by Laura Kelly (Debra Winger) to help Chelsea Deardon (Darryl Hannah). The situation is further complicated by the fact that Logan learns how Chelsea Deardon came to be brought to court. Laura Kelly obtains a significant amount of information related to Chelsea Deardon’s case from Joe Brock (Brian Dennehy). Things become more dramatic when a confrontation occurs between Chelsea Deardon and Victor Taft (Terrence Stamp). There is even music from Rod Stewart involved in this film.

If you love Redford, this is a must-see! The chemistry between Redford and Debra Winger is fantastic. And if you like New York, you're in for a treat - the film is shot in Tribeca, the Village and many other classic places. I first watched this film back in the 90's and I have watched it several times since. It is still just as good as the first time! Highly recommend!

Dvd che cercavo da tanto tempo perché questo film piace a tutti in famiglia. Ho trovato questa versione tedesca ma nella descrizione si leggeva che c'è anche audio in italiano ( poco importa che il titolo di copertina sia in tedesco). L'ho acquistato "usato, come nuovo" ed è vero! Praticamente nuovo, audio italiano, prezzo eccezionale, ricevuto nei tempi stabiliti. Grazie mille al venditore, sono veramente soddisfatta.

Película entrañable para los que la vimos en el cine y luego en la tele, comedia fresca, divertida, una época y un cine que desgraciadamente no volverá, todo ha ido a peor. el cine también.

I first saw Legal Eagles as a teenager but many years later as the proud owner of the DVD of the film it certainly stands the test of the time as a hidden gem and classic film from the eighties.
