Might be OK if you don't have other allergies
Many of the recipes in this book use dairy ingredients, so if you are looking for a gluten-free and dairy-free book (for a GFCF diet, for example), this is not a good choice. Some also use soy flour, another common allergen.Note that this book is from the United Kingdom, but the author does include American equivalent measurements and terms.

Awesome, moist gluten-free breads
I have made many of the bread recipes in this little, amazing book. They turn out super moist, unlike most gluten-free breads. The pumpernickle is outstanding - the closest thing to real bread since I've become gluten-free. The recipes are easy to follow. One suggestion, however: make sure that the dough is mixing well and if it isn't, give it a stir in the bread machine. Some of the recipes work better than others during the kneading stage. If you're patient and willing to experiment a little, it's worth it. You'll have the best bread you've had in ages!Sarah Chana Radcliffeauthor "Raise Your Kids without Raising Your Voice"
