I recently purchased the small crate for 10-20lbs for our new puppy who is a micro bernedoodle. Right now she is about 3-4lbs and fits easily in the crate. It has been perfect for crate training and traveling.The crate was easy to put together. It has the option for the door to open to the left or right. My 3yr old is able to open it and can pick it up and carry it (without the dog in it).The crate is well-constructed with a durable plastic and ensures the safety and comfort of our puppy. You can easily disassemble the crate and store it if you needed to. The crate also comes with a handy carrying handle that makes moving it a breeze.Despite its compact size, the crate offers ample space for our puppy to move around comfortably. The well ventilated sides provide airflow, ensuring our pet stays cool and relaxed during travel or at night.Overall, we are satisfied with this small portable crate for animals. The design, portability, and comfort make it a must have for any pet owner. Highly recommend!

Durable and compact pet cage. It was easy to assemble.

I rated this carrier a 4 because it is of very good quality and made well. I have used Petmate carriers for decades. However, I am returning it because the interior dimensions listed in the online description are not accurate. It is not even close to being comfortable for my 13 pound cat to lay down, turn around, etc. Sadly, Petmate has changed their design over the years, and not for the best.The 24" carrier write-up indicates inside dimensions are 21.5" L x 15" W x 13.5" H. The inside of the carrier is tapered. Those are the dimensions at the widest part of it. The bottom of the carrier is only about 10" wide and 19" long.I can't comment on ease of assembly, as I didn't bother putting it together. I will purchase the next size up and see how that goes.

QUALITY! EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! I LEAVE ITS DOOR OPEN SO MY DOGS CAN GO IN AND OUT! MY DOGS SLEEP IN IT AT NIGHT AND NAP DURING THE DAY!

Update: Called Amazon customer service and they contacted UPS and we were able to return at UPS without a box. What a hassle. Otherwise, the dog cages are huge, sturdy, and work great for our senior pups!We ordered 2 and 1 came without the door. We were heading out on vacation and couldn't get a replacement door in time, so I bought another one expecting I could return it...but when I took to UPS they said I needed a box, only none of them were delivered in a box. The label was fixed right on the plastic dog cage. They said they couldn't do the return without a box. I contacted Amazon since it was delivered by a Prime van and asked how I get the box and they said I need to purchase a box and they could see about refunding me maybe. The box is massive because the product is massive and the box isn't cheap! Hoping i can get refunded for the boxes... Otherwise the product is great and sturdy!

Overall the crate is nice. Easy to assemble, easy to open and close the door. It’s a nice large size which we wanted for our Maine coon cats. My only complaint is that it arrived with a small piece of one corner cracked off. We didn’t have time to return it … so we just kept it. Working well so far.
