What a disappointment, beautiful art work let down poor publishing.
I pre-ordered this back in March. The delays in delivery and printing didn't bother me as much as I was looking forward to have the art to look at in a book, that I so enjoyed viewing with watching the Mandalorian. What a let down when I received it. The quality of the paper used and the binding are inferior quality. I thought I must of received a dodgy copy of the book until I logged onto Amazon and read the reviews. As you can see from the pictures, the binding is viewable on some page and I would imagine after a few good reads and flipping through the pages, these will start to come apart. The paper is so thin, so much thinner than even the £4.99 kids annuals that you buy for Christmas. I was expecting thicker glossier pages for a collecters edition. There were lots of ripples / warping on the pages throughout the book (you can see in the pictures supplied) like there was some dampness to the pages before it was bound. Not sure if this is caused by printing heavy colour on inferior paper. At the end of the day, I expected Titan to publish something better than this. I hope they recall the books and release a new edition. I have been in contact with the distributor who is supposed to be passing the comments onto Titan, so I suggest people out there do the same if we want to press for a reprint.I'll hold onto mine for the moment to see what the response is from Titan, however if there is no resolution, I will be taking advantage of Amazons return extended return policy till January to return this.Still no help from the Titan, totally ignored the email sent, so I will be returning. Note to people reading this review that they UK books there could of been transit problems, causing the issues, I don't know if the USA or Canadian versions are ok, but clearly from other UK reviews they books we received here are NOT ok.

Terrible book.
Terrible book, real quality issues with a book that could have been so great! Shame on Titan for having these produced using such poor quality paper, looks like it’s suffered from water damage. What was the thinking by also adding such a poor quality outer cover, makes it look and feel so cheap. rrp £14.99?! Steer clear if you can. Definitely expected a more polished and professional product. This will be heading back for a refund.

Disappointing
Really disappointed with this book. It's more of a kids Christmas album than a book of artwork. Considering the excellent artwork for the series this is very poor quality stuff. Ordered months ago. Was delayed until today. Arrived damp with pages wrinkled (packaging wasn't damp so it's been damp in storage). My advice is don't waste your money.

Not for collectors!
The Art is amazing and jaw dropping. The production of the book is abysmal. For something that is supposed to be collectors edition, the paper quality is awful. The print quality cuts of a huge amount of detail of the images so some areas are blurred.Images are placed over the fold of the book which means middle areas of detail are just lost and it makes the whole thing feel cheap. Which it is, but it angers me that Disney put so much money and time into flogging other star wars films and they have a diamond like mandalorian that appeases old school fans like me and they can't even churn out a decent collectors edition book!

Very dissapointing
For a collectors edition its very dissapointing. The artwork is good but the paper quality is awful. It's closer to cheap shiny toilet paper than that you'd expect in a book sold as this one is. Images cross the seam and are misaligned where this happens. It's woefully thin and just bad quality.I'd expect to pick this up in a Christmas shop for 99p nd even then wonder if its worth it.Not a patch on other Star Wars 'Art of' books and just feels like a cynical cash in job for a great TV show.Don't buy it.

Avoid. Extremely poor book.
I’m honestly shocked at how such a book has been allowed to be printed and sold:-Book overall feels like an annual you can buy in a supermarket for £3, only on paper the same quality used in an Argos catalogue.-Only the first four episodes of season one are covered. Why I don’t know?-Not the exhaustive collection the drawings \ images we see in the end credits of each episode. I’d say half the book is padded out with just screen grabs from the show. Nothing separately posed like we get in the DK visual dictionaries. And no information about the images. If this had been sold for £3 or less I would have suspected. But at over £12 this is outrageous. I assume it’s called a collector’s edition because you literally have to collect more than one book per season!Looking forward to a publication which gives this fun, entertaining and neo-nostalgic show justice. I'm afraid this book is simply not it!

Thin
Incredibly disappointing. It is so thin, physically and in terms of content.Don't get me wrong, the artwork is amazing, but there's so little of it, and much of it disappears into the fold. I'm not sure who this book is aimed at, but can confirm that if you are looking for a typical "Art of" book, this really isn't it.

Don’t buy it. Insult to the artists & Star Wars fans
Having ordered it in March 2020 and ignoring the constant delays to publishing I was looking forward to the wonderful works the artists created on crisp, wide, quality paper to show the complete scenes, the details of the works. What you get is cheap paper and staples down the middle of the illustrations. This publication insults the artists and those Star Wars fans in parting their money expecting a quality product. Don’t waste your money. Send a signal to the publishers. A complete disappointment. Whoever put together this book and the people who passed it as something worth publishing need sacked.
