Bad packaging since item arrived broken.
The box is a good size if your not planning in putting a lot of money or papers in it. I gave it 4 stars because it arrived broken. It does arrived with a little bit of bags, I bought extra bags.

It works
There were no directions that came with it. Also the "Happy Birthday" sign was jammed into the cellophane sleeve bending over the letters. I had to tape them to get them straight and to increase its sturdiness. Its worth the money but is lacking in some departments. I would have returned it but the cost of gas and time over rules that option.

Plastic pockets could be better..
These plastic pockets where you hide the money is extremely flimsy (like cheap zip-lock bags) if they are not handled carefully. I had concerns about the sanitation of the cake due to the pockets.
