I read many people talking about the size of the pill and the amount they had to take. Dude…if you are someone who vitamin supplements regularly, you’re fine. It’s not that deep.I do believe it’s helped with nail growth and complexion/ face looking more even. My crows feet under my eyes have subsided minimally. If you are looking for a miracle, get Botox.

I really like these. I take about 3-4 a day. And it really helps because I'm always on the go. I choose to take them at bed time. Because they can work hours while I rest.

We're a little on the big side, but these do boost the immune system and support and cleanses the gut

I bought to help my skin, scalp and nails. It says to take 6 per day, and I did. I took all 6 with a 20 oz bottle of water. Never experienced any stomach upset and no after taste. My nails are so strong now To trim them I invested in a good clipper. My facial skin stopped being so dry I don't know if the Collagen helped this but I d have to think yes. I'm 64 yrs old and Collagen at my age is important I just started taking 3 per day vs the 6 cause of just how strong my nails became

Pills are big, so if you can't swallow a big pill, I would try it in a different form.
