Q: I bought this, and it limits my connection to less than 100 mbps. I am getting over 300 mbps over wifi. Why is this?

If you are using a mac OS 10.15.14 laptop. Mac 10.15.4 can not automatically distinguish 1000Mbps with this adapter. Please email us for a upgrade tool ! (sales_01@qgeem.com) You can use this tool to upgrade the QGeeM RJ45 adapter under a computer system with Windows 10.After upgrade you can be used on os 10.15.14. The attachment is an upgrade tool provided by the engineer,please unzip the compressed package and open the folder, there is a PDF file with instructions.You can follow the steps to upgrade successfully in one minute. * Notes:Upgrade can only be done under Windows 10 ，Please connect your laptop with power when upgrading.
