Well Written, Highly Recommend!
First, if you are searching for a book in this topic, my heart goes out to you as a fellow survivor. I bought thus book for my adult children, and it ended up giving me insight into their individual grief. I like that it's broken into year 0-5, 5-7, etc. This book is a reminder you aren't alone, and this is survivable someday.

Everything helps a little
"Nothing helps a lot, but everything helps a little." I don't know where I first heard that on my journey of grief but have found it to be true. This book is well-written and includes wonderful insights from those who have lost a sibling to suicide. The essays represent different perspectives from varying degrees of time after the loss. This is helpful and gives hope that others can move through the initial grief, too.I have lost 3 brothers - D 1986, S 2015, J 2017 - to suicide and have used counseling, in-person and online support groups, and read dozens of books. There wasn't much help available in 1986 but thank goodness, there is much more now. As many in this book have written, there is HOPE.
