This is a perfect product for headaches and other uses. I had been using a wet wash cloth at night for my headaches and got my pillow and everything wet. This is easy to use, can fit anyone. I just slip the frozen gel pack into the band and put it on at night. Nothing is wet and my headache is gone. What an awesome product and price. Thank you so much.

Fits nicely around my head so it’s great for headaches. The cold does not last as long as I would like though.

I laid this over my shoulders to cool off and it felt so great in hot weather! I alternated the pack from left to right shoulder, like the strap of a bra fits over a shoulder. The pack stayed cool for about 30 minutes? It was so refreshing!

I’ve really bad headaches and the cold soothe’s me. if you leave the ice pack all day long, it will be too cold. if you leave the ice pack in there for an hour or two, it’ll be perfect however it won’t last as long(30) if you don’t leave it in there all day(1hour). it’s a comfortable fit. I’ve only had it for a week and It has not leaked. The weight is comfortable almost like a weighted blanket for your head..You’re not gonna look cute in this device so I hope you’re not expecting to win a Beauty contest .Good luck with your purchases on Amazon. I was looking for something that was easy to use and this is it. The ice pace is just one simple pack that covers from the temples all across the front. Easy to just wrap around, Velcro and keep working if you need your hands free. Highly recommended

This is now my favorite ice pack. It's great for my migraines. I take a couple of Excedrin migraine pills, and lay down with this for about 30 minutes. That combination gets rid of my migraines almost every time. The smooth sides are comfortable when laying my head against a pillow. It stays cold for a long time too. I always keep it in the freezer when I'm not using it so that it's always ready for use.

Although the ice pack did do its job, being cold that is. It may have done it a little too good. The cold feels amazing and helps with migraines, until 5 minutes later when the cold feels as if it's drilling a hole in your forehead. If the padding were a little thicker it may be better. If cold is your game, this equipment is good. I would recommend putting a towel around it though.
