G.I. Type, U.S Made 1 QT Canteen with New Stainless Steel Cup & G.I. Military ACU MOLLE II Pouch KIT.(Foliage)

The only thing wrong with this purchase is that I didn't buy two of them. The pouch is durable, the stainless steel cup heats water, soup, oatmeal, hot chocolate and other liquids very well. The canteen itself is wonderful. The thick walls insulate the water inside keeping it nice and cool and there are no funky flavors or odors in water that was in the canteen for a week or more. I use this thing all the time. I'm a landscaper and it stays with me in the truck, on the mower, with the hand held equipment. I guess I lied with my first statement, though; one tiny issue: you do need to get a rubber washer or o-ring to keep water from seeping out if it lays over or is used during movement activities. Chances are you already have one in a drawer in your shop or for an outrageous $0.30 you can pick one up from a hardware store. I love this purchase.

Great deal, all very high quality stuff! The canteen is great and feels like it would last a life time then some. The canteen cup is awesome, it's u.s. military surplus, very high quality! The bag/holder also is u.s military surplus, and also very high quality. Both u.s. military surplus items have the least amount of blemishing I have ever seen from military surplus. Also would like to note I did contact the seller and he seems the be a great person! I'm very glad I spent the few extra bucks to get the highest quality gear! Definitely recommend!

Ok first let me clarify that the title of the product is a little misleading. The canteen and the cup appear to be new but the pouch is not. That being said the Pouch was in great condition. Also to me the title implies the whole package is US made, the canteen cup is not it is made in china. Now those are the only complaints I could come up with. The shipping was very fast the product is great. I tested the products out at home; leak checking the canteen and cooking in the cup. They all performed wonderfully and the cup even cooks better than other stainless steel ones I have. The price at the time I purchased this set was around twenty dollars and for that this deal can’t be beat!

I ordered two of these. The MOLLE Pouches were in good shape. One of them looked practically new. They're used so make sure you're aware of that before you buy it. The cups are very good quality are are slightly bigger than a USGI cup, hence the four star rating. Just be aware that the cup will not seat properly in a USGI canteen cup stove and it's makes for a rather snug fit in the MOLLE pouch as well.

EXCELLENT item. Good condition, has a bit of dirt and wear from what I assume is military use, but I don't consider it a downfall. Molle straps are secure and sewn into the bag which is ideal and tough. Metal cup is perfect and works as intended. Overall an excellent item. Would have preferred a desert tan color bag, but this isn't a deal breaker either.

Steel cup is not the same as pictured, much cheaper. Molle buttons were broken and not usable. Returned and refunded

I ordered two of these. Shipped quickly. The stainless steel cup and canteen were brand new as advertised. Canteens both held water. No leaks. The covers were both lightly used as advertised. One a little more than the other but were in great shape. Id say they are advertising these canteens well and i got exactly what i ordered. Dont be afraid to order one if interested. Clipped perfectly on molle webbing on my pack. Good product and im gonna order some extras.
