DIIChevron Throw Collection Handloomed Cotton, 50x60, Nautical Blue

This is way better than I'd expected. It feels expensive for being so cheap. About the same weight as a falsa blanket if you know what those are (the Mexican striped blanket). Very good deal imo.Update: I was WARNED (lol). I washed some socks with the blanket and oh let me tell you the amount of lint is ridiculous. Like enough to make another blanket with.While I'm personally returning it because I wear a lot of black, it is still a great blanket for a great price.

I ordered two of these throws; one blue and one yellow. They arrived as advertised and I like the fact that they are cotton and of substantial weight and the pattern and fringe add style to the function. Reading other reviews I washed them upon receipt and discovered that the tales of massive shedding are true! They washed up great though and will have faith that after a few washes this will soon cease to be an issue. I included a photo of the thow in use and a photo of the lint after drying both and swear to goodness that I cleaned the dryer vent prior to drying them! I love the look and advise washing before use; just clean the lint out of the dryer!

This will pair perfectly with my new comforter! Can't wait to get it home and on my bed!!

I was concerned primarily about the smell based on prior reviews. This throw is really well made, looks very good and has no negative smell at all. It's made of cotton

It's soft I prefer cotton to fleece and this is just the right size. I washed it by itself passed experience things like this shed and it did heavily. I cleaned my dryer filter before putting it in and it was completely full when done. I also had to clean out my washers tub it was full of fuzziness. It's not uncommon but people should know so you dint wash it with other towels or sheets. Typically one or two washes and the shedding is done.

I love this blanket! Beautiful color and it really brightens up my couch. I saw that others commented on a bad smell. I did not have this issue.

This blanket is just what I wanted for my chair in our garden Room, beautifully made. I would recommend it.

De aspecto rustico esta manta tiene una textura gruesa y un tono rojo agradable y bueno para decorar no solo esta navidad , sino cualquier parte de la casa , yo la usare para decorar mi cama , y se ve bien , ya que e comprado anteriormente esta marca , pero aun no la e lavado así que no tengo una opinión acerca de la durabilidad del producto

When the blanket arrived and I opened it, much like a previous reviewer said, it REEKED like mildew/mold/wet basement. But I just washed it on cold and threw it in the dryer for 90 minutes with a dryer sheet and when it was done the smell was gone. Some of the threads did come out in the wash. This didn't compromise the blanket's integrity at all, but it's a good idea to wash separately if you don't want these threads to end up on your other clothes. I bought this because I want to use it in my office as a blanket/scarf in the winter (I live in Canada and my office is FREEZING in the winter months). I would say this item is worth what I paid and will do well for its intended use.
