I bought this for my senior mom with dementia. I told her to leave it on all the time so that it will not get lost. She never takes it off even with showering daily it stays looking so nice. She loves it. I would definitely recommend.

Do not waste your money! This product came in a box with the chain tangled in a knot and not packaged with the saying as advertised. It looks far nicer in the ad. Extremely disappointed. Would give zero stars if possible. I am returning it to amazon.
