Working in my MacPro 3,1.
This works in my MacPro 3,1. This cable has the 6 pin plug that fits the MacPro mother board and the 8 pin plug for your graphics card. Cable is good quality and has good length.

Great for gfx cards on mac pro
Perfect for connecting the gtx titan to the mac pro. Makes my mac pro into a great gaming machine. I wouldn't use it though for video processing because Im sure that would draw too much power and possibly fly the PSU.

Mac gateway to PCIe cards
Allowed me to hook up a GTX 790 in my Mac Pro 3,1. You will also need a 6 pin adapter (which I already had). The cable works like a champ.
