Ifixit are really good tools! They have good durability and fit the purpose for which they were designed. I can recommend them.

Great set of tools to prevent damage when opening laptops. I did a laptop upgrade using the kit and it helped to not damage it when opening.

It worked great. good value fir money. The sizes I used were the two black ones. I don’t know if those are called and the guitar pics the spungers. perfect for holding the slightly open base of a device so you don’t have to like bend it or break it. I needed this mine to open up the bottom of my laptop. I’ve never opened it before. i’ve never opened any computer to be honest. I was nervous, but this kid made it a lot easier and I made it so I didn’t break anything after I was done it sealed right back up. I didn’t have any damage, no scaring from screwdrivers i would have typically used. I have an overpriced dell, Alienware, laptop and I didn’t wanna mess anything up. It’s a great kit doesn’t come with anything unnecessary,

I like iFixit tools, I own a few of them. They work well, the sizes are right for the task, they are comfortable to handle and the sharp ends are sharp.I’m putting new batteries in my XM4 earbuds and tools like this are required. But I’m concerned they will disappear in my forest of tools in my expansive shop.My one point deduction is because this set and many iFixit tool sets lack a case or a storage bag.Many of the low end tools that look very similar offer a storage device. I almost bought those instead.In the photo, I created my own storage bag and clipped the iFixit shipping bag data and taped it to my own bag so I’d know what it was down the road.Come on iFixit, step up and at least match the overseas competition with storage for ALL your tool kits!

I could pry open a Nest doorbell without damage. Tools still in great shape, be careful, some are sharp!

Awesom kit, definitely a must have for pc repairs.

They're rather simple, for a simple task, tools like this don't need much to get the job done. That said, ifixit pry tools are by far the highest quality prying tools I own. Whenever a kit adds in a pry bar, they usually give and bend before they can get your device open. Ifixit's pry tools, however, have the thickness and durability to get the job done without having to worry about the tool. These will last me a while, and I know that ifixit tools are a good investment from this. Will buy new ones if this ever gets worn out.
