The bowl looks very nice, is lightweight and feels sturdy at the same time.I've washed the bowl with warm (not hot) water and a soft sponge and used a towel to dry it after washing. I believe this is how to best take care of these type of bowls.The bowl comes with utensils which is appreciated.I've attached some pictures.

This salad/chip bowl is beautiful! The wood used is exquisite and it gets so many compliments. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for a lifetime product. I’ve given at least 6 of these at bridal showers and it has always gotten the wows! I’ll continue to buy these!

This was a fabulous find! Especially for the price! The bowl is quite large and very lightweight. However it is made with genuine wood. I would highly recommend.

Received my Lipper wave bowl - it was well packaged and double boxed. This bowl is gorgeous and is well made. It holds a large amount of salad and is easy to wash and clean. As with other wooden items, after washing, immediately wipe dry to prolong the life and integrity of the treated wood.

I love this bowl for huge dinner salads! It’s very light and feels like it could easily crack or chip if dropped or stored next to hard items. I hand wash my bowl pretty quick after use so it can maintain longer use out of it. Hand dry to avoid water spots. Very happy with this bowl!
