Their recipe was very flavorful. The maker worked as they said. Rolling the cone takes practice but works. The bowl cone came out perfect.

Works great! My grandkids and I had a blast making cones and bowls. The batter recipe makes a lot! Recommend!

Works how it supposed to. Waffles came out good.

We bought this waffle iron after watching the cones be made at a local creamery. The smell is incredible and makes your mouth water. We are still experimenting with different recipes because some turn out better than others. I would recommend buying a rack to hold the cones while they are cooling. Sometimes, the edges of the cone do not seem to be completely cooked, but they crisp up as they cool down. The included tools are helpful in making the perfect cones. I would highly recommend this product - easy to use and affordable.

Instructions were clear and the included recipe worked well - took 3 minutes to bake. Nonstick without spray. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Cone form is a little large and slippery. Ended up buying a wood form ($4). Cord is a little short (intentional per instructions) but workable and it stores on the cone maker. I love waffle cones and these were so good and so easy I doubt I’ll ever buy them again. Bowl option also worked very well. Great value for the money. Highly recommended it.

The local Fred's stopped reliably carrying their Belgian Waffle Butter Crisps.I just needed something small and inexpensive for occasional use. I didn't want to spend $50+, and $28 irons to use on my coil stove burner were only a few dollars less than this.The recipe in the guide was good, but browning was inconsistent. It was hard to get them evenly brown without them getting overcooked in parts. And if undercooked in parts, those parts wouldn't be crispy enough.I found a different recipe that used more sugar, and another with white sugar, brown sugar, and honey. Both of those produced cones with more even browning, and all of them were light and crispy, not too hard, but sturdy enough for a lot of ice cream. Another trick was to flip them over halfway through. I thought that would mess up the waffles lines, but it didn't. They just cooked better.I usually just make small discs and add them to ice cream in a bowl, but I do know some people who like cones.These are so cheap to make. This appliance will pay for itself in no time. I should have gotten one years ago.

For the most part it's a perfectly acceptable product, you put the hinge to close was loose or if the box. That and the build is REAL CHEAP. For the price it's fine but feels cheap.

Loving it.Just got it and already made the first batch.I used a recipe with egg whites and powdered sugar. I grated fresh ginger sticks into it and it tasted like cinnamon toast cereal. :)My observation so far is that the viscosity of the batter does make a difference on the evenness of browning. Play with the batter thickness.With my batter I used about 2 oz of batter per cone. I also pressed down lightly on the top lid to create a thinner cone. It took 2 or 3 minutes to make each cone. I would open the lid at about one minute and flip or turn the waffle to get more even browning.I set the temp half way between medium and high. Next time I will set the temp a bit lower to see if that creates more even browning with less fiddling with the waffle. It wasn't terrible but I can see why people would get impatient or frustrated. This is a fairly high sugar batter and sugar goes from brown to burnt rather quickly.The cone to shape works well. Can't review the bowl shaper as it was not included in the box.When shaping it would be helpful to have a lightweight glove on the hand holding the hot waffle. Get yourself something.I am making more for St Patrick's day and more vanilla icecream. Having good luck with it so far and hope it continues working for a long time.
