Is this picture signed by kobe himself? what does autographs are pre-printed mean? my folks got this for my son, did kobe sign it or not?

Kobe Bryant didn’t sign it. However, his signature was copied just like on other artifacts. If you had a pair of Air Jordans there is a printed signature as well. Same thing.

Typically a "print" is a reproduction of an original, as is the case here. They made a duplicate picture of the original signed pic. So it feels like an actual picture because the print was copied onto film paper. I hope that helps. It looks good and for the money I was pleased.

What was advertised and what I received was very disappointing.
