Great for Civil Air Patrol
I bought these boots for my son for Civil Air Patrol and they work great. Take a bit of time to break in but after that they are really comfortable to. They are great for drill and for any other Civil Air Patrol/Jrotc uses. Would recommend.

Very comfortable but they wear quickly
Well, my husband bought these boots for work, where he is on his feet for 8-16 hour shifts 5 days a week. Initially we ordered the wrong size. We knew they would be sized small but not HOW small. There are no half sizes, so we got a 9W when he usually wears a 10.5-eventually. We had to send back the 10's first that we originally ordered...oh, we spent about an extra $20 in shipping.Once he got them in the right size they were wonderful. Very comfortable, even after more than 8 hours standing. Now, though, after only about 3 months, they are wearing rapidly. The sole has really thinned out. The leather upper is cracking where it creases when you walk. I suppose since they were cheap, it was not so unexpected-they must have used inferior materials to construct them. What a boot, though! Extreme comfort. If you don't wear them all day every day, maybe they would last a long time.

Break in your boots.
These are pretty good boots for the price. I recieved them very fast from the supplier. When I wore them for the first time they were a little uncomfortable which is to be expected from a new boot. I read some reviews on different ways to break in new boots. I went with the hot water method and let me tell you, it absolutley works! Just soak your boots in hot hot water for about 15-20 min. and wear them until dry. They slowly mold to your foot and become very comfortable. I went ahead and did this a second and third time and now it feels like I have had these boots for years. I bought them to wear while paintballing so I needed to break them in well before going out on the field. Waiting til that day to break them in would ruin your day. These boots are rad, just make sure you order a size smaller than what you normally wear because they do run big. For example, I wear a mens 10 and went with a Mens 9 and they fit beautifuly. Hope this helps.

You get what you pay for
They’re alright. Not great, the speedlace feature is a nice touch and the overall design is similar to the original jungle boots. However keep in mind these are not leather and they’re vinyl, which makes them very hot and they don’t breathe well. The sizing is off and I had to return my pair due to the fact that they were extremely tight and blistered my feet up. They’re perfect if you need them for cosplay or a display but they’re not good for everyday wear. You get what you pay for but I’d spend the extra couple of bucks for something that’s sturdier and more comfortable.

Okay boots for the price
These boots were purchased for my son, who is bigger than average for his age, and extremely hard on shoes. When I was his age, thanks to my grandfather being retired military, I was given my first pair of boots similar to these because I too was very hard on shoes. Having this experience already I figured to do the same for my son.He has worn them for a eleven months now, which for him is amazing. The leather is still in good condition, the nylon has held and there isn't a single stitch that has been worn out by constant use. However, I'm a bit disappointed with the soles because they have worn quickly when compared with other brands. I myself have been wearing the same pair of Wellco Jungle boots for 3 years every day and the soles of mine, though worn do not look anything like his. His literally have gouges missing on the heel and the toe is almost worn smooth. Still for an active child whose hard on shoes, when considering the price I've got to give 5 stars.

OK quality, way too big sizing
First off, I would like to say that the sizing on these boots is at least two sizes off. I ordered three of these because my brother, my dad and I were going canoeing and we all ordered one size less than what we normally get. REgardless, the the boots were still waaay to big for all of us.As far as quality goes, they are really mediocre, but I guess you get what you pay for. After a week of canoeing and portaging somewhat frequently, the boots were about ready to fall apart. Both my brother and my dad threw theirs away because theirs were just unusable when we were done.I give it three stars because they are so cheap and they did do what we wanted them to do (last for exactly one week).

Reeks of cheap rubber, but gets the job done.
These boots smell like nasty carcinogenic rubber, but I expected worse. The boots themselves seem well-made (at least when I tried them on); didn't even have to lace them up differently to get them on. The speedlace system works as it always should, and sliding one's foot in is a breeze. Leather and canvas upper seems rugged, but your mileage will vary depending on the amount of abuse and/or care you give it.

beautiful
these boots fit amazingly and go here two days before they were supposed to! they are a really good weight and are well ventilated. i haven't done any training in them yet, but they are not bad to walk in. the boots run big on the sizing, so buy a size smaller than what you wear for a tennis/ running shoe. there was no problem with mine when i received them and the packaging was normal. cardboard shoe box inside a normal cardboard shipping box. i'll write another review after a go through some training with them on and let anyone interested know how they are. right now the boots are at 5/5.EDIT: Okay so i've gone through some training now and these boots are pretty good. they are comfortable breathable and the weight is definitely not an issue. I wore them all day and there wasn't any discomfort for me! these boots are great still 5/5!

Tallas equivocadas.
Pedí la medida especificada como 25 cm. Considerando la recomendación de que vienen una talla más grandes. Al llegarme las botas eran para un pie de 28.5cm. 3 tallas Y media más grandes.
