Works great if you need to lose a temporary 10lbs really fast, prefect if you are trying to make weight for an event. Even though this product suggests not eating I found that you can still eat and lose the weight but only if you eat really small meals once a day.

This stuff is absolutely amazing... i would only recommend to use this when I need to slim down for an occasion or cleanse my body.. that's all this is not a permanent weigh loss best results if you do exactly what the instructions say... if you eat it on it then you will ruin the effects... but this is amazing for once in awhile.. I work out 4/5 days a week but this just takes that water weight off 5 stars! I'm a very satisfied customer.

Of course if you do it EXACTLY as directed on the bottle, no eating and lots of water you will shed pounds. But I’m not pushing that aspect. It’s a good way to reset your body. And to just cleanse OTC and prescription meds.A couple days of no meat, dairy, snacks, junk food whatever, does a body good. Shedding some water weight in those 48hrs alone is worth doing it.My husband and I do this once a month and we always come out on the other side of it feeling better.

I have never lost the whole ten pounds but it is a nice start to any diet. It also helps when you plateau in your diet to get you losing that weight again.
