No complaints. Sound was great in the car, color was good. Kept my baby distracted on a long road trip. Remote is a little finicky. But for the price, totally worth it. We kept it plugged in the whole time, so can't speak to the battery. But they give you all the cords and the straps for the headrest so def worth it.

This portable DVD player is a lifesaver when on a long drive to Florida. My grandson can sit in his car seat and watch his favorite movies. The picture is like watching a television, and the sound is just as good. It is very easy to install and has more than one charging option, with long-lasting charges and long cords to reach the charging ports in the car. The machine is made of high-quality material and provides hours of fun.

We purchased a Sunpin portable DVD player for traveling. First one that came in had an issue with one of the headphone jacks (it wouldn't play). I contacted Sunpin and they sent a replacement right away. With the fully working unit, we gave it a go and it works quite well. It's nice that you can have two headphones in at the same time. It has great picture quality for a small screen and didn't have any issues with skipping with movement. Only issue is as others have noted, the volume of sound has a limit. You have to keep it on max of 20 to hear the sound through the headphones. Using the external speakers, you can hear it very clearly. Overall, it's a nice unit for the money and their customer service backs up the product.

The media could not be loaded. I got this particular Dvd player at Christmas because it had decent reviews and it was my daughter’s favorite color. She is rather nostalgic and still loves playing her collection of DVD’s. This was literally her favorite Christmas gift. She got a good 2 and half months and it just stop working. (see attached video). We tried atleast 10 different DVD’s and made sure they were thoroughly wiped clean but no luck. If you buy this DVD player, wait a few months before doing a review. Sucks to have wasted my money

UPDATE!!I guess the person that sells these, read my reveiw. I was offered a refund and took it. For that my opinion went up 3fold. And on top of that I was wished a good day. !!!I got this player today. I familiarized myself on how it works then I used it. 1st off I noticed the Mickey mouse car charger. I had a charger like this and used it one time before it fell apart. This charger is just like that one. Plastic piece of crap. 2nd thing I noticed is the volume. It does not go up very loud. I got this for my plane trip. I do not think it will work, the plane engine is loud and this will not go up past lvl 20. So volume is a real problem. One positive feature is screen size, I do like that. As far as overall, I think I may return this player. I have until August to do so. I will take it on my vacation. If it performs for me and I can listen to music on the plane, then I will revise this. If not then know I did return it. I think this could be a lot better product for what it cost. Another thing is the battery is not replaceable. It is internal. It is rechargeable but not replaceable. I do not like this either. I love the color purple and the color is fine. It will match everything I'm bringing. The cons of this item outweighs the pros. In my opinin. The controls are easy to use. I did not use the remote yet but the controls on the player are easy to use.
