At first try, I discerned that these were the WRONG replacement cords AGAIN. After one of them hit the living room window, I tried again and the darn thing was great fit for my FIRE HD 10 , 7th Gen . Tablet. The length was very useful too.The shock, after multiple tries is almost too much to bear. Stock up!!!!

These cables charge my kindle fire very slowly and they both seem to lose connectivity constantly. By that I mean my Kindle bing... bing...bings constantly as the power fluctuates during charging. I tried turning my kindle off so I didn't have to listen to it but each time the power flicks on again it turns my kindle back on automatically. SUPER ANNOYING!! I've tried different outlets, different houses, different positions for my kindle, different methods of plugging in... ie with outlet adapter and straight into USB power port. Ugg!! The craziest thing is that the chords don't always do it. Rarely I can plug it in and no bings happened for several days and then it starts again and I can't figure out why. The cord wasn't moved. I can use the several shorter cords I have with no problems and get a quick and evident charge so it's not my kindle... it's these cords.

Contrary to the description, these do not work on the Fire 10 7th Generation. Thoroughly disappointed, because I waited so long to get something that isn't compatible.

Wish I could give "0" stars. I specifically ordered an extra long cord for a kindle 10. This was a 2-pack and neither one works. The ports don't match the kindle! Useless! Why do the ports and charger cords have to be different instead of standardized? Oh yeah, more money for Amazon! But when they can't even send what you order, its just too much!! Very unhappy.

Contrary to what is represented, these did not charge my kindle, get a low power warning. These seem to be misrepresented as carrying more power than what they actually do. Tried a variety of power source options (computer usb, usb outlet plug, etc) to confirm it was indeed the cords

These will not work in my Kindle Fire 10. I am very unhappy. I will return.

I am not at all happy with these cables. They aren’t very good at charging my Kindle, very, very slow.While using my Kindle with it plugged in the power decreases instead of charges.

As I write this review, with my charger plugged in, with the new charging cords, on my 7TH GENERATION KINDLE FIRE, I went from 16% to 14%. I never get a full charge and am finally giving up. NOT worth the time and effort for return....AMAZON needs to better test products before posting and selling DEFECTIVE products. Excuse me now while I go to a competitor's site to see if I can get a WORKING charger. 😠
