I stumbled across this product while looking at organizational solutions videos on Youtube (I know... NERD!!). After a little research, and talking myself down over the idea of spending $ on preprinted file labels, I bit the bullet.This system is perfect!! The labels are great quality, and the kit includes very thorough setup directions. The Home Kit has all of the categories that I needed, plus some that I don't but likely will in the future - homeowner-specific info categories, labels for rental properties, and enough labels for the person or item-specific categories to file for a family. This system is designed to grow into your life.This kit does not include file folders - I advise picking up a few packs of manila folders and a pack of hanging files as well.

This is a great product. Totally worth the money. I have made my own labels in the past but always stopped using the system. Not only does this product have labels to use but the system is easy. You can make it simple or more complex if you need. I’m still using the filing system. A win.

I heard great, glowing things about Freedom Filer. I have worked with it for several days and I have trouble getting my mind around it. I don't find it to be intuitive. I am trying to file things and my mind keeps going back to my own filing system, where I had straight-up topics. Pros: it got me to start cleaning out my old files and tossing things like electric bills from a few years ago. Cons: It's too complex for me. In theory, it isn't complex, but in practice, I find it to be. Maybe it will work for you.

I tried other systems in the past only to end up with another cramped mess in my filing cabinet. This system is great and the instructions easy to follow. I had a bit of difficulty sticking the labels inside clear hanging file tabs, but with a little practice it got easier. Thanks for including those "practice" labels.

For 20 years I’ve tried unsuccessfully to organize the paper clutter in my house. I shredded junk mail but could never seem to get a handle on how to organize what needed to be saved, how long to save papers, or where to find my truly important papers. Flash forward to 2020 when I heard about the Freedom Filer. With (unfortunately) some extra time on my hands, and the provided labels and helpful booklet on how to set everything up I FINALLY have a system that works! Even for the hopelessly disorganized like me!

Very easy system to follow and set up, it makes me want to file things away AND so eDy to find things, too!

Can’t say enough about this product. I am a very organized person and this has helped me to organize files I was uncertain how to handle. Best filing system ever!!

Nice but somewhat confusing at first when using. I finally decided to use my way and I like it but lots of leftover wasted stickem labels , the average person would probably never need to use. More blank ones would be apprciated to put individuals choice.
