As the last real man on Earth, I have been sleeping on the floor, an old air mattress or the skulls of my enemies. My girlfriend finally summoned the courage to ask for an actual bed. I bought this mattress and it has been my undoing. I am now a soft, weak man who gives in to his woman at every turn.

I've had this mattress for about a week now and so far I'm pleased. It's much firmer than the model I had tried in the Ashley store though. I don't mind it but it does make me believe that it'll get softer with time. I've only ever had innerspring matresses with pillow tops before so I'm sure this is going to take some getting used to. I do like you don't fall off the edges like some of the other foam mattresses we had tried. I'm glad we went with a hybrid. I'm also so glad that we bought it here on Amazon because they wanted over $1k for the same mattress in the Ashley store!As for unboxing, the mattress came to it's full size within only a few minutes! We ordered a king size and it did take 2 people to lift it onto the bed frame. It's very heavy. There was a slight smell but it went away quickly after opening a window and turning on the ceiling fan.The only negative I could say is that the box was in terrible condition when it was delivered. The mattress was vacuum sealed and undamaged but it was still unnerving to see such an expensive item delivered with big rips/holes in the box.*UPDATE*It's now 5/29/20 and we're still loving this mattress! It had definitely gotten a lot softer as we've broken it in but it's still plenty firm. Could also be that my body has gotten used to sleeping on foam. Either way I'm glad that we stuck with the mattress. We sleep great on it every night!(We got the 12inch King)

If you’re looking for a soft mattress, this is it! On a softness scale of 1 to 10, I’d say it’s an 8. I’ve only slept on it for a few nights but I don’t wake up 3 times a night anymore and my shoulder pain is gone.

STOP. STOP SCROLLING THROUGH THE COMMENTS RIGHT NOW AND BUY THIS THING. Ok I’ll stop yelling at you. Guys, seriously I can’t believe the price on this mattress. It’s firm. But it’s soft. It’s thick but not too think you can’t fit a normal sheet on it. It’s HEAVY DUTY and great quality. I’m serious. You’ve found the mattress you need. Just buy it. We just threw away our 1500 dollar i comfort Serra mattress (hand me down I bought from someone it was only a year old) and this bad boy is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better. Ya hear me?!? So what are you doing still reading? JUST BUY IT ALREADY!

I got this mattress for myself and my husband along with an adjustable bed frame. We hoped it would be comfortable for my chronic pain from ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis. The mattress has been wonderful for my back and hips, as well as other problem joints.It’s been about a month on it so maybe longer term use will change that, but for now at least I’m amazed by how well the mattress distributes pressure on my joints, especially my tailbone when on my back.Out two cats also adore napping on it!

Haven't had it long but I'm very satisfied with the mattress. It came in a rolled up vacuum sealled bag with a very thick layer of saranwrap, the box was pretty dinged up but the bed was undamaged. As soon as i cut the bag it expanded almost all the way up. I was worried about the corners at first because they didnt expand all the way. I left it in my room for about 5 hours and when I came back it was completely expanded and ready for sheets. It sleeps very firm which I like. Hopefully it holds up.

I have slept on this mattress for about one month and so far I am satisfied. The quality of the mattress is very good. It has a medium firmness not to soft or to hard. It has helped me with leg and hip pain. As for value it is priced very low on Amazon when compared to other stores. How it holds up in the long term will determine the true quality and value of the mattress.

It's perfect. I have a bad back and the firm is just what I needed. Just enough cushion in all the right places. Relatively easy to unroll (comes in a box). Box could use a handle, heavy and hard to move by yourself. But otherwise no complaints.
