I was really hesitant to purchase a chair online due to the complex and lengthy installation steps. However, after getting this chair I'm now convinced that it isn't bad after all purchase a chair online.Installation:Surprised to see how easy it is to install the chair. The instructions were pretty clear with clear marking for each and every part. Total installation involves less than 5 steps and took no longer than 30 min to install. Was able to install it myself with no help and no tools needed. The required tools for installation are included within the package.Chair:The chair says Indoor & Outdoor use but the looks restrict to outdoor use only. Has resort style settings and layout. It doesn't hurt to use this chair for indoor purposes as well if you wish to and I plan to use it for indoor purpose. Has good lumbar support with the provided cushioning. Has a side arm to place things.Cons: The layout can be improved since, if you only want the leg portion to be up but not the back portion leaned it wouldn't be possible. The back and front are proportional and would only work together. That's the only part I disliked in the chair.

Took 2 hours to put the back on, one screw wld not fit in the hole due to the wicker material being raised (didnt fit flush) The other screws went right in..We got it in just enough to hold, hopefully..

Finally the extreme heat has abated and I can enjoy my third floor balcony. This recliner-lounger is perfect. It’s sturdy, easy to put together and comfortable. I now enjoy the afternoon Arizona sun. I’m tall but this chair supports my head and neck…..though I do occasionally use a small footstool for my “hanging” ankles/feet if I want to lay flat and snooze. The seat cushion is firm, but comfortable. Great recliner.

Comfortable and well made. Wish the back and legs operated independently. I like to sit up and have my legs up

Poor design. The holes in the back and the holes in the frame were not properly aligned, which prevented one of the screws from fastening properly. Yes - I did read the instructions and started the screws with only 80% tightness. It was the same on both chairs. Had to use a power drill. I hope it holds.

I ordered and received a different chairWhich was also a recliner at the same price and it was absolutely terrible. Felt like it was going to fall apart clanged and made noise and jerked when trying to recline. So I was nervous to take another chance on ordering a chair on line but I’m so glad I did. This is a very sturdy very comfortable chair very easy to put together I needed a chair that my handicapped son could lay back in while he’s outside with us and I think it’s going to be very comfortable for him just waiting for the weather to cooperate. You won’t be disappointed!

We bought one of these, liked it so much bought another for the wife. Great chairs, sturdy, comfortable and worked great. UNTIL...the welds broke on the back of one of the chairs for no apparent reason or sign of abuse. The chair was lopsided, loose and could not be used. After taking it apart to look at this failure I discovered the weld on a frame tab had failed and it's corresponding tab weld on the other side was failing also. So I simply finished that failure and broke it off. After some creative engineering I was able to repair the chair, and in fact it might be stronger than the original manufacturing. I just hope my other chair holds up, as well as all the other welds throughout the chair frame. Poor quality control, but it is an attractive chair!
