Fits with 2 small modified nuts for the upper bracket
I was replacing the RX8 coolant tank, and as others have experienced, the plastic pipe on the top of the radiator snapped off.Needing a replacement ASAP, I found this one on Amazon and liked the fact it was not made of plastic. While the reviews about the fit were concerning, I ordered this aluminum one and it arrived the next day.The fan shroud hole was just 1/16" off and so a round file quickly adjusted the hole in the shroud. The nuts on the top bracket were another matter. When comparing to the old radiator, the bracket centers were 1/4" different, this looked like a show stopper.Looking closely at the radiator mounting brackets on the car, they have oblong holes that allow left/right adjustment to match the new radiator (images attached)Next, the original round flange nuts would not work as another person had mentioned in their review.Fortunately, I found a simple fix. Take two of the smaller square bolts off the old plastic radiator and file off one side at an angle along with shortening the corresponding isolation studs. The modified nuts fit perfectly in the brackets. (image attached). It does require screwing in the studs from underneath once the radiator is in place.Another tip, put piece of cardboard on top of the AC condensor to prevent scratching it when sliding the radiator back in (image attached), just don't forget remove it before securing the condenserI did make two additional changes:First, I added some nylon washers for spacing when I re-attached the AC condenser to the radiatorSecond, I picked up some new foam (FrostKing 2-1/4 in. square X 42 in. Gray Air Conditioner Weatherseal Foam from Home Depot) and attached it with 3M Supper 77 Spray Adhesive to the sides and the bottom after the radiator was secured.

Very good quality good cooling effect over stock.
The media could not be loaded. Wobble out the top 2 hanging points before installing into the car. Loosen the top hangers from underneath the var ad well. The put radiator in and bolt it down. Everything else was very easy to put together.

Seems great, but does NOT fit right
the mounting bits for the top that connect it to the rubber mounting bushings do not fit. I don't know who decided this was a good idea. The stud will not clear the radiator head and a nut will NOT go on.In order to make this work you will have to modify it with a rotary tool to change the hole to a slot, or tie it down some how. Now since I've already mounted everything back up except this I'm stuck with it and I'm not sure what to do.You think for $300 they'd have this figured out. The Koyo radiator doesn't have this issue and is only a little more expensive. Would not recommend this over the Koyo at all for this one reason.

Fits good for the most part
Look nice just had to make a few cuts for it to fit perfect. Besides that good product. Happy with purchase

If you are looking for OEM fitment boy do I got news for you
I ordered this item due to me living in Florida where temps are fairly or very high all around the year, so better cooling on an RX8 is a must. Alongside this product, I got the matching fans and fan shroud, and low temp thermostat, all from Mishimoto. As the caption suggests, and as others have mentioned before me, pretty serious fabrication is needed if you are wanting to fit these the same way as the OEM rad. The ports themselves are fine, although I opted to use different style hose-clamps instead of the OEM ones to make sure they seal properly. I used the Mishimoto fans with their respective bracket, which bolted on fine for the most part. I do not agree with the type of fasteners provided with the fans, but the shroud went on eventually. The rad mounts were a whole different animal... The top ones are welded so close to the body of the radiator that I could not get them to sit on the OEM rubber standoffs, let alone bolt them down. The bottom rad mounts were not even close to fitting, need completely custom ones to support the rad from underneath.Temperature-wise I will come back with feedback. Unfortunately, the thermostat I received appears to be faulty and stuck open at all times, so I will not be able to provide accurate feedback until that is resolved.TL;DR: Prepare to fight it at every step of the installation.

Awesome radiator
Awesome radiator, only issue was having to oblong a mounting hole in the plastic fan shroud, keeps cool, holds more antifreeze.

Worse cooling than stock
The radiator itself look amazing the welds are beautiful and it’s shiny. That’s where the benefits end. The fans are louder and have less cfm than stock and aren’t staged. I previously had overheating problems with my stock radiator so I decided to “upgrade” instead my car now overheats faster than with stock fans and stock radiator. I live in Florida where in the summer it can get to 98 degrees and I can’t even use my a because it will put too much strain on the cooling system AT IDLE. I’m extremely disappointed with this product and have since gone with a different company’s radiator and now all my cooling problems are solved. I can’t believe a company with such a name can sell such a bad product.

Manufacturer defects, poor workmanship.
I decided to give mishimoto a try over my usual koyo, and I'm not impressed.. Holes don't align, you can't even get the top two mounting nuts started because they welded the aluminum brackets too close to the end tank..I expected better, but this just reminds me of cheapo Chinese eBay stuff.. Can't recommend!
