exactly as described. neighbor screwed into golf cart frame. works great.
measure twice, with actual driver sitting in seat. otherwise even though adjustable, if you have a ROLL-UP zippered golf cart "cage" in case of rain, that ROLL-UP will block the view. so be sure how close to top you want before you screen. otherwise rest is okay!
