Been using these for years and they're still the best. Love these, they're strong enough to be effective without irritating my skin. If you're very sensitive, try using them every other day and also rinsing your skin a few minutes after you use them. Easy to use, easy to dispense into a small bag for travel and the scrubby texture gives an extra bit of effectiveness. I got my husband onto them as well. He's not big into skin care but they're now a regular part of his day as well and have been for over 10 years. The container is a good size and value for the price, closes securely so they don't dry out quick.

Great product that works!I have combo/sensitive/ acne prone skin and this is a staple in my skincare routine. I use the pads at night, 2-3x a week and I wake up with clearer, even skin. It seems to clear my larger pores and reduce the size of them, resulting in fewer breakouts.Warning that the scent of the pads are very strong and can feel like a sting when first using.The price is a little steep, but totally worth it! I love that these are HSA/FSA eligible too. I rarely ever repurchase skincare products, but I’ve repurchased these a few times already!

I'm 28 and have struggled with moderate persistent acne since I was a teenager. I've tried many, many different brands and types of treatment, from Proactiv to Neutrogena Skin ID and Active Naturals to Mary Kay and Biore and Clean&Clear, to home remedies, epsom salt, regular old soap, salycilic acid peels, masks, toners, just leaving my skin alone... Basically I had nothing to lose by trying these too. And I've been so surprised.I've been using these pads for about 4 months now and the improvement in my skin is amazing. Is it perfect? No, but I would say it's like 90% better than it used to be. I still get a zit here and there but they just don't last like they used to and they don't multiply. This is just one of the 3 cleansing/treatment products I use in my routine that finally seems to be working, but I think it's the most vital.I use them once a day at night after showering and washing/exfoliating my skin with African Black Soap. They can REALLY sting if you have inflamed/irritated areas on your face, but it passes after a few seconds and it's so worth the discomfort. The smell is very strong but it's pleasant enough. And for me, they seem to rebalance my skin after the slightly drying effect of the black soap. There's no flaking afterwards, and when I wake up in the morning my skin feels smooth and hydrated.I'm able to wear less and less foundation (which finding the right foundation that wouldn't break me out was half the battle I think. I had read that mineral makeup is healthier for the skin but powder foundations just don't work for me so I've been using a liquid mineral foundation glominerals gloProtective Liquid Foundation - Satin II 1.4 oz. that seems to keep my skin happy.)My skin looks and feels healthier. Something in them also helps to fade acne marks quickly. I was having a rough time around my jaw line for a few months before I started using these, but now in that same area there's no discoloration, no monsters lurking; just clear skin. They are definitely worth trying at the very least.

Peter Thomas Roth face pads work really well to cleanse and refresh my skin, but the alcohol and peach scent is quite strong and might not be for everyone. If you don’t mind the smell, they’re a great option for a deep clean.

I absolutely love these exfoliating pads. They are holy grail for me and the absolute only product I have found that keeps my skin clear (believe me, I've tried them all). Before using these I had terrible breakouts and even when those cleared up I could never get rid of all the little clogged pores/whiteheads on my cheeks. These have not only helped prevent breakouts, but finally rid me of all the clogged pores I had! I still get the occasional hormonal breakout but these clear that up really quick. For the first time in my life I have clear skin. I'm also 27 so my skin is starting to show some signs of aging and I feel like these are helping with that as well.They are pretty strong so I recommend starting slow, using them a couple times a week and then working up. The acids in them can make you sensitive to the sun and they do contain alcohol so they can be a bit drying - definitely better to use them at night then follow up with a good moisturizer (I use the CeraVe moisturizing cream). My skin, although sensitive, tolerates acids really well so I use these every other night (or sometimes every night if I'm trying to clear up a breakout). Never had any issues with them causing irritation, although everyone is different.My only big complaint is the price. These used to retail for around $30 (and I could sometimes find them for $25 here on amazon!). They are now $46 no matter where you buy them....thats a 50% increase in price!!! That's overpriced in my opinion but I continue to buy them because I can't find a cheaper alternative that works as well. I cut them in half, which makes the jar stretch a little longer, but I wish they were more affordable.

This is a pricier skincare product, especially for quick day-to-day maintenance. However, I am in love with this product and have begun using it on my elbows, knees, and toes, in addition to my face/neck. You will see a difference in the brightness and smoothness of your skin after 2-3 days of use. None of that caustic, bitter sting/smell that other acne pad brands come with... but you pay for higher quality, and that's what you're getting here. These pads instantly extract dirt and dead skin cells from your pores. I use them after an initial cleanse on target areas. Sometimes, I pull them out for a quick 5-minute morning refresh when I am on the go. They have really improved the appearance of my facial skin, as well as other areas of high friction/discoloration.
