Sturdy and good customer service
I'm reviewing mostly for the company. We had one defective part (the plug was in the wrong end of the last peice).Since it is so heavy, we were hoping to just get replacement part.It was a little annoying that we had to communicate only through email, however, they did respond pretty quickly and in the end, they will be sending us a replacement and we don't need to return the whole thing. Hallelujah!(I saw a Jennifer in the reviews who had the same problem but unfortunately for her, she didn't contact the company)We did put it all together except for the last part. It seems very well made and sturdy so far!

Swing stand
This is one of the best purchases I’ve made from Amazon. I actually have purchased two of them one for my front porch and one for my back deck. My husband absolutely loves this along with the swing. I purchased to use with it and it’s great quality as well.

Good value
Seems sturdy and wasn’t too difficult to assemble alone. It is quite large and heavy, so assemble in final destination. The rubber cap to seal off the pipe on the top was shipped to me already attached to the pipe on the wrong end. Prying it out did cause it to tear but the company was very responsive to my concerns. Great value compared to other listings. It’s sturdy and hasn’t moved despite very strong winds

Outstanding heavy duty stand
Really should be what you buy if you need a chair stand. It is outstanding. Sturdy. Heavy duty. Simple to put together.

Don't buy this!
Worst product ever. I ordered the first one and they drilled the holes on the wrong side. I then sent for a replacement, same situation- holes drilled on the wrong side. I ended up paying the $9.00 for UPS to come and get it. How does someone mess that up?

Nightmare assembly, incomplete when bought used, now seems to hold at least
Bought this second hand via amazon. Came incomplete (e.g., snap hook missing) in a torn package. Basic screws were there, so I started setting it up. This thing is not complicated to assemble on paper, but a the foot-stand was a nightmare in practice.
