Beautiful but loud and water evaporates very quickly
I was hoping to love this water feature. It's beautiful! And goes great in my exercise room. However, it's loud (not the zen, quiet, mood I was looking for). I believe it's loud because the water evaporates so quickly. I'm refilling it every other day. The trouble shooting instructions say that if the water level is low, the motor will run loud. My previous water feature did not require frequent addition of water. I do notice that the motor runs less loudly when I fill the basin with water. Also, it is a bit complicated to put together, and the instructions are useless! After a few trial and errors, I was able to get it right. It's definitely not worth the $100+ price tag.

This seller is very quick on any returns and good to work with! I feel badly that in my frustration on my 2nd one of these, that I left only 1 star. I just got my replacement one today and LOVE IT just as much as the 1st one I purchased! I will gladly continue to do business with this seller again! They are prompt and very good on service, delivery speed is awesome as well! It was a freak thing that the 2nd one had to be exchanged, but that was only due to the piece of slate & the edges. That was nothing on the sellers part. I am absolutely thrilled I stuck with them and now have 2 wonderful fountains that I LOVE!

This product is well made but I did have trouble ...
This product is well made but I did have trouble putting it together. The instructions was difficult to understand. Due to the difficulty putting this together, the tugging and pulling that I applied caused me to break part of it. I had to repair it to be able to use this product. I'm sure it was all my fault but still - I fought with it for several days trying to figure it out and then having to repair it.

Not worth the money. Looks ugly & feels cheep . Lousy customer service. Always always a recorded message. Once and only once a person answered the phone and said "they'll" call you back. They never did. Unfortunately bought it directly from Bluworld so now I'm stuck with it.
