You have to build this truck and it comes with NO electronics. You need to provide the ESC, motor, two servos (one for steering and one for transmission shift), and radio/ receiver.

Q: What is needed to finish it

You will need a motor. You need 2 servos a steering and a shift. You need an electronic speed control (esc) you will need a controller a battery and charger. It's a lot but worth it. The plastic drive shafts should be replaced too they sheer off easily.
