From reading all of the reviews I did not know what to expect. Some of the reviews were informative while others were nonsequiturs. As with all products, you don't know what you are going to get until it arrives and you inspect the product. And this was the case with this smart mirror. It arrived well-packaged and protected. I opened it very carefully just in case it was damaged and I had to document the same and repackage the mirror. It arrived well-packaged and without any damage. The mirror itself was exactly as described. It came with a modified French cleat so installation was a breeze and any errors were simply to correct. Once hung getting an internet connected to the mirror was essentially the hardest part. I had to split my 5G internet connection into 5G and 2G in order for the mirror to be recognized. Once this was done it readily connect. The mirror is high quality and was as described by the vendor. Not everyone is going to be happy with this product, but that is life. How would I improve this item? Make it 5G compatible. In this day and age 2G is dated and it should not be shipped with a 2G requirement. I liked this item so much that I bought another, larger mirror, for my upstairs bathroom.I just bought a second larger mirror for the upstairs bathroom. It arrived undamaged and as with the French cleats, it was a breeze to install. However, I had some problems with connecting to the internet. I had to do this approximately twenty times before it was recognized and I was able to connect. After shutting off the mirror all the settings remains and I had no issues. As stated previously, this mirror should come with 2G and 5G. There is no reason why this is not so.My final recommendation is that this is a fine product, and if you are undecided, don't be.

This is definitely a nice looking mirror and will certainly have visitors paying you compliments. The brightness is fairly good for the bathroom. I gave it 4 stars because it loses connection to wifi very often and I have to keep on reconnecting through the app. Also, The display is not as seamless as it is in the pictures on Amazon. The display is actually in a rectangular box that is very visible as you can see from the photo I posted.

Fast shipping easy installation. Had to buy WiFi extension so weather display worked. Only negative things I can say is power cord a bit long and would’ve liked just the front of mirror to light not The outside perimeter.

Pretty much since these things started getting hacked together by DIYers, "smart mirror" has meant "a mirror with an LCD screen embedded in it seamlessly". You could not possibly get a more absurd looking seam than this. I could do better by duct taping a spare smart phone to the front of the mirror. What arrived in the mail looks nothing like the official pictures shown on this page. Furious about this purchase.

These look awesome on our master bath. We have a double bowl vanity, so we purchased two of the mirrors. Good light to put on makeup too.

This mirror has it all. Light, defogger and weather. Great product at a very reasonable price.

The mirror and its functionalities are just ok. A couple of negatives:- The built-in transformer that comes installed on the back of the mirror has a larger depth than the mirror itself, and as the result, mirror won't sit flush with the wall; it sticks out by 1/4-1/2". Every time you want to turn mirror off/on, it goes back and hits against the wall. Pretty annoying.- Need the WiseMirror app to program the weather functions.- I installed 3 of these, and 2 had the internal temp sense display faulty temps!- I thought the outside temp and weather displays were pretty cool.

The packaging was excellent. The mirrors are in good shape, easy to install, however I would prefer few additional glue on plastic holders to wrap the really long cord so it does not push the mirror away from the wall. As far as features, all 3 mirrors had dimmer and defogger, but do not have weather display as it was described in the add. Also one of the 3 mirrors I purchased the dimmer does not work properly it only turns off slowly but effectively does not reduce light gradually to lower amount of light.
