Great quality
I suffer from low Vitamin D and Dr prescribed 5000 IU daily. The quality of Nordic is great. I used to order other brands that were tablets but a naturopath said Vitamin D is sensitive and I would do better with higher quality capsules. I notice the difference in my level of energy
