Not only was this hose economical, it fit with no hassle at all. All I had to do was make sure the connectors were the right ones before ordering and it was a very quick fix. Now the faucet head does not spray all over after getting twisted in an April Fool's gag.

8 years out of my Moen pull down faucet hose and it sprung a leak. Reviewed many different options available on Amazon and landed on this one due to it still having the brass fitting like the original OEM, instead of the updated plastic fitting. Quick delivery and I was pleased to find the fitting was actually the brass as pictured. Super easy quick 2 minute install and I've been back up and running. It appears to be of similar quality as the OEM version and everything fit together perfectly. Obviously I can't comment on long term durability yet at this point, but I expect it will last and will update my review if I encounter any problems. Definitely recommend this replacement for price/value and it appears quality as well.

I couldn't believe a simple hose (not under pressure) could fail, but my original Moen did after about 8 years - it just started leaking. So I ordered this replacement and so far it is working without any problems at all. It installed easily, but I recommend you practice removing and reinstalling the old one first to get your frustrations out early. Also, don't be surprised if your plastic connector (at the end under the sink) isn't a push-button model like you see on YouTube. Mine had 2 release clips you had to pinch before removing the old hose, and then you had to slide the connector to "fully open" so the new hose end would slip all the way in, before "closing" (pushing in) the plastic connector around the new (metal) hose end. As I said, I recommend practice with the old hose first!

Under my sink in the kitchen I was extremely pleased with the product.Make sure to look up your Moen faucet on their website. I found my faucet product number on one of the Moen water lines with a white tag.If you don't know your faucet product number you may be shooting in the dark on the fit. This is probably the hardest part of the job.

Removal of old hose and install of new hose too less than 10 minutes. Really don't know why I hesitated for so long. My last pull-down was a nightmare of pipe/hose fittings, so I was leery of climbing under the sink to tackle this one.To my surprise, it was almost a zero-tool job. I did use some Teflon tape to tighten the sprayer head to the hose. This is where I needed an adjustable wrench. Only because there was a slight dribble of water with just hand tightening.**Don't go crazy with the wrench though. My spray head had plastic threads, so you wouldn't want to strip those out.

It looks same as the original. It's very easy to install. One thing to notice is to remove the original one, there is a button to be pressed to release it.
