I have only used this for 30 minutes, however, so far it is doing well. My scope powers up fine, slews with no interruption, and overall does what it suppose to do. Now, will it last as long as a genuine Celestron at this price, which was ruined by a dog, I doubt it, but only time will tell.Wire length is far shorter than the genuine unit, it is far more portable and easier to pack away of traveling an space are important. I do wish the lead prongs were fold-able to avoid scratching anything important or hanging up on the case, but again, this is very inexpensive.

There's not much to say about this item. I bought it for my Celestron Nexstar SLT130 and it works perfectly.

Ideal when using telescope indoors or near AC power
