The washer works great but the problem is they use the cheapest delivery company who only delivers 1 time a week. They had 2 weeks to get it to me on time. The CS gives lipservice with excuse after excuse. It's not the product that bad its Heartland that is bad

Hi,Thus far a good washer.I wish it came with the hot- and cold- water hose. Or that the company offered the necessary hoses, as an optional package to buy.And wish I had a water-level option.The body is sturdy.It’s a washer without agitator, and I’m enjoying the extra space. As the items also seems to balance better in the washer.The washer-sounds are acceptable.There was a little delay in the shipping time. And we communicate about it.The measurements are accurate.The lock lid goes in effect as soon the washer fills until completed cycle. Thus not possible to open during the wash cycle.The on- and of- knob sometimes sticks on the frame and feels a little fragile.Other than that I would have given a 5 star rating.Best greeting,Thank you …

Originally the unit operated well and after a month it went mad 😡 releasing only hot water thankfully the technician a week afterwards came ran an diagnostic,damn water valve in the unit locked. Tec ordered a new one and will return to replace it. Disappointed the breakdown happened so early in my purchased. When it worked it worked well.

No fabric softener dispenser. Didn't include all the hoses and values for a new washer. I replaced my 17 year old Maytag washer.

Love it. what a difference from the front loader I had. Clothes look better and cleaner.

I am sorry the other reviewer had a poor review for this product. I've owned this exact model since Sept. 2019 and my experience with it is totally different.I will say that it is better with larger loads than with smaller ones. With smaller ones there is a tendency for mine to go off balance which makes things more time consuming. I have washed coats, quilts, blankets and other bulky items with my washer and they have come out decently clean.It does not have an agitator so if you are a fan of agitators you may want to pass on this model. It also has no dispensers except for bleach so if you like to use fabric softeners you can but it will not be as convenient.You cannot select the water level but you can add water almost at will with its Deep Fill feature.As with all new machines this one has a lid lock but you can pause the machine and the lid will unlock after it stops agitating or spinning.It has enough options and features to make one's head spin.My favorite cycles are the Quick Wash, Towels/Sheets, and Casuals.

DONT BUY! We Just bought this washing machine from Costco. Used it 1st time today. Read and reread directions, my husband and I both!! ( his IQ is 164, so its not like we dont know how to follow directions!) I Washed my husbands dirty work jeans , I am on my 4th time in a row washing them and still not clean. I even pressed the extra water button for 3 seconds like it said every time. And double rinsed each load. Worst washing machine that I have ever used in my life. If you are washing lightly soiled clothing, in very small loads it might work. But NOT with very dirty clothes. I only washed 3 pair of his jeans, a shirt and a hoodie!! I am Packing it up to take back tomoro!!! Will put my old Whirlpool washing machine back in its place! My old machine worked fine, but it was 12 yrs old and I wanted bigger. But will definitely stick with my old Whirlpool agitator washing machine! Will NEVER buy another GE product! So aggravated that we had to haul it here, now have to Haul it back! Costco is not close to us! Wasted time for an inferior product. I forgot to mention it took over an hour to wash, rinse and rinse again!! I don't mind conserving water but good grief there is no way such a small amount of water (Even with the extra water!) can clean dirty clothes. Terrible product!

I did not buy this washer from Amazon but I want to warn potential buyers about it. As several have said, it does not have the traditional "cone" agitator. The agitator is in the bottom of the tub. Small things are ok BUT if you put a sheet in it, it will somehow turn it into a ball that throws the balance of the tub off. It will then sound like it is going to march down the stairs and out of the house.
