RC 4WD Z-G0059 RC4WD Helical Gear Set 1/10 Yota Axle

I was excited to upgrade the gears to these spiral cut ones for better life but after about a dozen runs, the pinion shaft snapped right off at the drive-shaft.It seems the weak point is having the drive shaft mount section made half- round vs. full round with the pin hole.

I have been happy with all rc4wd products until now! After about 10 hours of runtime I was dissapointed when a stock pinion striped, with normal driving of the truck. And yes it was shimmed. I ordered what was supposed to be an upgrade and when the package arrived I was highly upset when neither of the 2 ring gears I ordered was usable. They where off axis in the direction of the axle so much they hit the axle housing when you spun it....going back and hope I get a set that actually went through quality control when I reorder.

10/10 WAY stronger than the stock gear set. I use my TF2 to pull a trailer and have replaced the gear set twice with stock gears. I will update if/when these break, but in the meantime I have ordered another set for my other truck.

The rc4wd truck I picked up looks so cool but it's not built proof these helped the truck a lot now if they only made better tranny grease for it. If u can use these buy them an some shims

Product was defective, passenger side was machined incorrectly and directs the axle off center. WTF how many did u make like this?!
