The media could not be loaded.  Although this item took ages to come, it was worth the wait!!Well packaged for the long journey from China, arrived in 6 weeks from placing the order, as indicated when ordering.Small assembly required to attach the crystals around the perimeter, easily achieved by bending the tabs. Note: clean off the burrs from edges of crystals first!Installation extremely easy, though I decided to add my own earth for extra safety.Then the fun part. Switch on and wow, the light from the led's is amazing, once you decipher the Chinese writing on the remote!! It changes from bright white through to warm white, with dimming at all levels. Absolutely fantastic!!The fan has 3 speeds, reasonably quiet but extremely effective. Can't wait for the warm weather to return to test it properly.Overall we are very pleased!N.B. Do not add earth, this messes with the light function!!!

This fan light is fantastic, don't be put off by the light weight. Once it is fitted it is brilliant. There are 3 different light colours which can be dimmed, the fan is very quiet and will be great in the bedroom on warm nights. My partner (who is not an electrician) said it was easy to install and only took him about 20 mins. The daylight light is great, very bright. I really cannot fault this light and would have bought one ages ago if I knew how good they were. All in all I am over the moon with this purchase and would highly recommend. The contact with the seller was great, contacted them through Amazon 're delivery and they replied promptly with up to date info regarding delivery. 5 stars from me.

Took a while to arrive but the seller was very prompt with their responses to my queries. The light is quite flimsy but once up looks lovely and ideal for the small room I needed it for. Instructions are in Chinese and so are the symbols on the remote. With regards to installation it was easy once my partner sought advice from an electrician friend who does installations all over the world, so would advise to get an expert in.

Nice light/fan. Easy to fit although took a long time to arrive. I had no idea they were coming from China. Instructions are in Chinese also remote in Chinese. The remote alters the tv volume, but minor issues as easy to work out. Very bright with 3 different colours and dimmable so great. I love them.

Sadly this product falls way short of expectations, and seller lacks good communication skills.We waited from May to end of June for delivery, When it arrived, in a flimsy box, that looked like it had been sat on, it was no surprise that the lamp was damaged.Since I said I was not at all happy with the product and wanted to return it, I have not received any communications.The lamp itself is made from very flimsy,poorly painted metal and plastic pieces that distort easily. the mounting bracket bends easily and makes the installation difficult. The individual beads (which look pretty) have to be installed by the purchaser and involves bending tabs around the lamp to get them in. not an easy job.the fan itself is quite noisy even when running on low. The led lights appear to work reasonably.The remote control comes in Chinese, with out any translation, until you ask for them.All in all , very poor quality unit and service.

The media could not be loaded.  Love this , unique and stylish, its not Silent but its bearable.Took ages to get here so that was Disappointing and the instructions were not translated to English . However , now its up & working !! Love it. The price has gone up about £20 since I bought it . Im not sure id pay the price now but at thd time to me it was excellent value for money.

Really good fan. Waiting way to long for it. The light didn’t work so I got a new unit sent. Haven’t fitted it yet as I have to move the whole bed to be able to get to the light. Happy with it, I did order another for my son but for a refund as it apparently got lost, after waiting nearly 2 months

The blades are going in reverse so air going up instead of down, not sure if its faulty or has a switch to rectify this

Schade dass es immer nach Licht einschalten muss immer lichtstärke einstellen obwohl vor dem ausschalten hab eingestellt . Sonst alles ganz ok.

Hij verlicht prima en de ventilator is inderdaad zacht qua geluid. Dus dit voldoet aan onze verwachtingen.De uitvoering is echter zeer matig van kwaliteit (de prijs is dus echt te hoog).Tip: doe de kraaltjes in de metalen rand vóórdat je 'm ophangt. De kraaltjes schieten er snel doorheen, en die krijg je er dan niet meer uit.Ook de piepschuim bolletjes van de verpakking zitten achter deze verlichtingsrand: is eigenlijk géén gezicht, want je krijgt ze er niet uit.(Voor verkoper: er zit een paar productiefoutjes in >1. de onderste rij rondjes waar de kralen in vallen, zijn niet rond > je krijgt ze er dus bijna niet in; ze hangen wat opzij óf schieten door de mal heen. Je kan ze dan niet meer pakken.2. de staafjes voor de kralen in de bovenste rij staan ondersteboven > hierdoor rollen de kralen snel naar beneden ... en kan je ze niet meer pakken.Dus: bij het productieproces graag goede rondjes in het metaal stansen én de bovenste staafjes 180 graden draaien. (= gratis advies, doe er iets mee aub)

Lo que menos me ha gustado es el tiempo que ha tardado en llegar. Lo pedí a principios agosto y me ha llegado a finales de octubre.Había leído que servía también de aire caliente pero nada de nada.No trae instrucciones así q el mando iré probando.Por lo demás es de forja y muy bonito. el aire frío y la luz es perfecto. Y fácil de montar.

Facil instalación. Aparato sencillo, un poco basto, pero funciona perfectamente. Cada vez al encender hace un pitido.
