Great quality product!
I’ve used regular rock candy before to look like ice on a cake but this product was so much better!! It looked exactly like little ice cubes and when I brushed them with a little water they would shine and look perfect!! Tastes good too! So glad I found this product for future needs of my cakes!

Perfect size
I've been trying to figure out how to make s "diamond" for a ring cookies to sell in my bakery. These turned out to be the perfect shape and size! I just wiped them with a damp paper towel to make them more clear. They turned out amazing

Stores great for a long term sugar supply...
We live in the southeastern USA and try to keep a full pantry for hurricanes. This sugar product stores and last very well.

Tastes terrible and could be dangerous.
Had a few pieces and put it up because it was so bland, almost like watered down Rock Candy. Was looking at the package a few days later and noticed that there was a warning on the bag that it could contain Cadmium or Lead. I would give this zero star if I could and could not advise strongly enough to not buy this.
