Don't be fooled by the name - it's good for much more than seasoning vegetables
This product is a staple that we use regularly in our household for seasoning many of our stews, soups, casseroles, salad dressings, etc. Don't be fooled by the name - it's good for much more than seasoning vegetables. Very nicely balanced and it adds a good unami factor to any dish. Be aware that it contains a significant amount of salt, so use it before adding salt to a dish, then taste and adjust. It used to be available at Costco at a much lower price, but those days appear to be over forever.

We just love this seasoning....very flavorful but very low sodium! I ordered it on line because I could not find it in a retail store!
