The embroidery is just perfect. Having the option to choose colors is really great. I have given two people these Chef aprons and both say they were pleasantly surprised. One shared it is so unique and so much fun to wear at her family gatherings. One male recipient said his guests took pictures of him in his CHEF apron. Both reported the craftsmanship is excellent. Both said "These are so much fun." Both reported fits very well.

For the thirty dollar price this apron is a superb value as a gift or for your own use in your kitchen or barbeque. It is not heavy duty like you would find in a restaurant, nor should you expect that at this price but it is well tailored and simple, with an adjustable neck strap and two cloth ties to make a bow behind your back. You are buying this over the hundreds of other kitchen aprons available online because this one is personalized. That’s always an iffy thing when you order through mail order, especially if you can’t talk to them first, you are putting a lot of trust in the unknown.QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIPYou can probably imagine what a thirty buck apron will look like so the workmanship that really counts is the embroidery and that is something I was concerned with. I guessed, wrongly, that the product would be done in China. In fact it is done in the USA. As you can see from my closeup photo the embroidery is as perfect as it could be, there were no misalignments, loose threads or uneven stitches. Most of the other companies I looked at only offered my choice of four almost identical block lettering fonts. This company was different in offering a beautiful script font that makes the product look even more custom made. I give them the highest rating possible on the embroidery.ACCURACYThe name I wanted done is a unique nickname that isn’t a common one that they would have selected from a list of ready-made ones, like the coffee cups or key chains you see in gift shops. They created it exactly as I requested with no errors. I had one minor disappointment in that they do not make it clear enough that the word “Chef” is standard on all of their aprons and they only add the personalization under it. For most cases I guess that would be okay but when it was combined with my nickname it wasn’t what I wanted, I would not have purposely used the word Chef in addition to the name I requested. It’s not anything to reject the product for or reduce their rating but if they read this I suggest they make it more clear that the work Chef is preprinted on all of their aprons.YES NO MAYBEWhen I order personalized items I expect to wait six to eight weeks, and as I said I expected this to ship from overseas. I was very surprised and pleased that I got a confirmation within about a day that it was already done and on the way to me, which took about a week total. That’s impressive. All things considered I would definitely order more of this apron from them in the future and would recommend it to friends. They earned their rating.

Bought this for a Christmas gift. Really nice apron for a cook, bad or good. Two pockets. Embroidery looks good and apron looks to be well made. Good weight material, not thin or cheap. Ample length ties.

The green is nothing like advertised. More of a Christmas green. And for $30, the quality just isn’t there.UPDATE: The seller sent another apron immediately. The correct color. It’s really cute!

Covers my clothes well. I like that the strap doesn’t slide or come undone. Well made, nicely personalized.
