Grommets
Great idea & used a few times now, but I find them very tricky to install & a couple of times they've popped back out of the consumer unit. But all in all there OK.

Fits standard cut outs
Good quality fits well into standard cut outs in consumer box

Good, but not as good as I hoped
It works and it looks nice and tidy. It even grips the tails pretty well but it was much more of a pain to use than the compression glands. When space/ access is premium then these do help and I did buy more... so not really knocking them; it's jest that I'd hoped they'd be even better than they are.

Fitted Contactum consumer unit
Used when I had to upgrade consumer unit. Tails fitted through the grommet and no problems incurred. All good!
