Book was in new condition and was rec'd within just a very few days. I am using the patterns for a counted cross stitch quilt for a grandbaby to be born in Sept.

Yes, I was pleased with the item itself. Unfortunately, I felt sick that I paid close to $30.00 when the item was priced at $6.50. Will be very careful the next time that I am not getting ripped-off.
