I am very happy with this Amethyst. It arrived well packaged and in great condition. Color is very deep purple. I ordered the 3-4 lb. size, mine came in at 3.55 lbs. Nice size, amethyst crystals clear to the edge of the rock surface. Very clean. Value for the price. I want to get another sometime in the future. It is a nice presentation piece. And for those of us who can feel the energy. Wonderfully soothing!

This Amethyst geode 16lbs approximately totally outclassed the previous one I purchased from here! And I am very disappointed with that one. More Basalt than any thing. Looks half faded and there are damaged edges. There are no peices in the package making me believe that it was shipped to me in that condition. Like a return they sent me from someone else’s displeasure. I’d think that for $300 it would be spectacular!I took a chance with this seller on the most expensive heaviest peace and wish I had gotten it first because it is absolutely gorgeous! Deep purple and intact! Expensive around $500 though but it is magnificent unlike the other one. I just bought a 10-12.5lb Amethyst geode from Emporium. It is absolutely gorgeous with polished edges and everything! Deep purple.Very nice work. I’m very happy with it!

I really love this item. I gave it to a friend as a gift. This is the 3-4lb one. I forgot to weigh it before I gave it to her, but it seemed an appropriate size for the size purchased. As the picture shows. My gf put it near a window & later, when we walked back through that room, some light was hitting it and it sparkles sooooo much.

This is a beautiful piece with nice smoothness at the edges, and excellent amethyst color!

This is really a hard item to rate. It's a matter of expectation vs what you get. As a mineral collector and having a Geology background this material is used in gems and is sold by the carat. It's rated by color (among other things) The really great stuff you ain't gonna get here. So, typical mine run material is the fare here. Then Amethyst changes color depending on the light so depending on how you photograph it it may look deep deep purple or it may look more gray in the same specimen. Also the individual crystals, the smaller they are the more a chance you get better color while large xtls will have poorer color and the stuff for the jewelry trade require large xtls that have really good color. (That's the case with any gem including diamonds).I could go on but I won't. I think the price asked is fair for the material you get and makes a nice display.Just realize the amethyst you see in a jewelers display is a different animal from this.

This company went above and beyond in customer service to make sure I was 100% pleased with my purchase! I ordered the biggest size-the 6 to 6 1/2 pound amethyst as a birthday gift for my daughter. When it arrived, it was absolutely beautiful with deep purple color, but had a white calcite inclusion that my daughter didn't care for. So, I reached out to the company to ask for an exchange. They answered my message right away, even asking several questions so they could pick out another one that would meet my every expectation. They sent me a return shipping download which I printed out to return the rock, and as soon as they got it back, they shipped the new one which was absolutely gorgeous!! The pictures really do not do it justice at all. The color is deep purple, the crystals inside are all clear with no cloudiness or dullness. Nothing but sparkling brilliance!! My daughter, whose name, by the way, happens to be CRYSTAL, LOVED IT!! When she opened it up she gasped in delight saying it took her breath away!! It comes very well packaged in several layers of bubble wrap and the amethyst rock itself is also placed inside a sponge sleeve, further protecting it. There are layers of purple crepe paper added making it pleasing to the eye as a nice added touch and a booklet telling you all about your amethyst, its healing abilities and how to clean it. At First I was scared since we cant chose the Amethyst Cluster that we want . But today I received the one I had ordered (1.5 to 2lb) and got 1.92 plus im in love with it . Its deep purple and so beautifull . Def Will buy again !! Not disapointed Very happy

Quizás es un poco más pequeña de lo que esperaba (no mucho), pero cumple con el peso indicado, en este caso 1.475 kg. Por lo tanto, ha cumplido con creces. El color es intenso y muy bonito, y ha llegado muy, muy, muy bien empaquetado y protegido. Estoy encantada porque es para un regalo y seguro que va a gustar mucho.
